Moulin du Calanquet Fig and Gingerbread Jam

The red fig is used to create this jam. Cut into small pieces, the flavors are more pronounced. The combination with gingerbread works wonderfully, it gives the impression of biting into a slice of gingerbread covered with fig jam.
All our jams have been developed in collaboration with chef Dominique Gauthier of the Hotel Beau Rivage in Geneva (elected Swiss chef of the year 2009). Our jams are packaged in beautiful glass jars in the shape of an inkwell that are stackable.
