Lark Olive Scourtin Savory Shortbread Biscuits are savory and buttery shortbread packed with cured Moroccan black olives and dusted with sea salt. They are made in the traditional French provencal-style and are named for the Provençal word that refers to a natural fiber filter that separates the oil from pressed olives. These cookies pair perfectly with cheese and white wine. Dip in olive oil at your own risk!
