The pack contains:
- 393 g. baking mix
- 7 g. dry yeast
- Sufficient for a baking sheet (11.8 x 15 in)
Country of Origin: Germany
Directions: Carefully mix the baking mixture with the dry yeast, add 60 g of soft butter or margarine and 180 ml (6 fl. oz.) of lukewarm water and use a hand mixer (dough hook) to form a smooth dough in about 3 minutes.
Cover and let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 30 minutes, until it has doubled. Then knead briefly by hand and process according to the recipe.
