Käserei Champignon Brie (New)

Käserei Champignon is one of the oldest cheese producing families in Bavaria.  This traditional Brie is kept in a high quality tin to keep the original flavor and quality.  This special pull tab tin keeps this soft ripened cheeses fresh and easy to serve on any occasion. Käserei Champignon Brie is perfect for picnics, hiking, skiing, or just at home. Our Brie is nutty in the undertones but in general very mild. 

Lactose-free.  Made with rBST free milk and microbial rennet.

Ingredients: pasteurized milk, salt, microbial rennet, bacterial cultures, ripening cultures.
