Kartoffelland 6 Boil-in-Bag Bread Dumplings
Kartoffelland 6 Boil-in-Bag Bread Dumplings are original German potato dumplings with breads mixed in, in Bavarian fashion. A perfect side dish for meats and vegetables.
- Take the desired amount of dumplings out of the package and place them in a pot with cold, lightly salted water. Let dumplings soak for 10 minutes, turn them every now and then. The dumplings have to be covered with plenty of water.
- Bring water with the dumplings to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Then let simmer (in uncovered pot) over low heat for another 15 minutes until dumplings rise to the surface.
- Remove dumplings and briefly rinse under cold water.
- Take dumplings out of the boil-in-bag (tear it at a grip tab) and serve hot.
