Directions: Pour 1/8 l (125 ml) of cold milk into a tall, narrow container, add the contents of a sachet and mix with the milk. Beat the whole thing with an electric hand mixer (whisk) on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until the desired firmness is reached. Note: Please only use pasteurized or boiled milk.
