Ines Rosales Tortas with Sesame and Salt

Lighter than most crackers, Sesame/Sea Salt Savory Olive Oil Tortas are baked with Sesame Seeds and topped with Sea Salt. Handmade and hand-wrapped, these Spanish delicacies are the perfect addition to gourmet cheese boards, or served alongside dips.

The Tortas are made to exactly the same recipe that Inés Rosales revived in 1910.
