Comptoir du Cacao's Ruby Chocolate chocolate with "crêpe dentelle" crusty crystal pieces. 

In 2017, Peter Boone, Barry Callebaut's chief innovation and quality officer, founded what is now known as pink chocolate. The company derives its pink chocolate from a  “ruby” cacao bean that grows in Ivory Coast, Ecuador, and Brazil; and presumably went undiscovered and unutilized until the Swiss team discovered it.

Ingredients:  Sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, wheat flour (gluten), barley malt, concentrated butter, salt, emulsifier (soya lecithin), acidifier: citric acid , natural vanilla flavor. May contain traces of: gluten, nuts. Cocoa beans are native to West Africa.
