The product has a pandora base, is filled with a gianduia cream with Italian hazelnuts, covered in dark chocolate and sprinkled with sugar grains. It is processed for 72 hours in which the two fundamental ingredients that compose it are enhanced: butter and sugar. The latter make the dough richer with a more closed alveolation giving a more meltable structure in the mouth. It has one more processing phase than panettone: demoulding. This is a hand-made operation, piece by piece, in which the product is removed from its aluminum mold unlike panettone which remains in its paper mold.
