Hafi Cloudberry Preserves

Hafi Cloudberry Preserves are made from wild golden cloudberries from northern Sweden. Cloudberries are an exclusive Arctic delicacy. This extremely creamy preserve has a mild tartness and tastes like a mixture of apples, chestnut honey, cantaloupe, and ends with a mild herbal finish. Its crunchy seeds add a crisp contrast to the richness of the preserve. Beyond breakfast toasts, these cloudberries are a treat served with fresh fruit and whipped cream or as a warm topping on ice cream. For a more traditional treat, use it as a topping for cheese.

The very first Hafi products were made in 1938 by Carl Dellgren, who joined with his son and son-in- law to found a cider house. Headquartered in Getinge, Halland County, Sweden, Hafi is run by Carl's great-grandson. Marcus Bjurklint continues the tradition of using fresh, quality ingredients in order to achieve the best tasting jams.
