Reber Liquor White Fruit Truffle Easter Eggs Gift Box Assortment contains 5 wrapped Easter eggs made from white chocolate with alcoholic fruit truffle filling.  The truffle fillings, include Orange, Cassis, Ananas - Kokos (pineapple/coconut), Pfirsich - Maracuja (peach /passion fruit). The box contains two orange truffle and one of each of the other flavors.

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, butter, sweetened condensed milk, black currant-fruit preparation (fruit content 50%; black currant puree, sugar, glucose syrup, gelling agent pectin, acidity regulator sodium citrate), Marc de Champagne, orange juice concentrate, coffee cream, pineapple juice concentrate, maracuja juice concentrate, peach juice concentrate, Cassis brandy, coconut liqueur, coconut milk powder, flavour mix with natural flavouring (pineapple, Champagner, coconut, mango, orange), emulsifier sunflower lecithins, humectant (invertase), acidifying agents citric acid, natural flavouring (vanilla).

We just sampled them in the office and they taste wonderful!   The truffle and the fruit are not mixed together, in fact 1/2 of the egg is truffle and the other half the real fruit.  We also love the new floral packaging, perfect for Easter and Spring.

Reber premium chocolate is produced using family recipes which have been passed down from generation to generation and give every fine Reber chocolate its crunchy outer shell. Their dark chocolate has a very high percentage of cocoa with at least 60%, and their one-of-a-kind Reber milk chocolate is at least 35% cocoa.

The quality of Reber marzipan is guaranteed thanks to their special manufacturing process and the selected raw ingredients they use. In the traditional Lübeck process, which has been used since 1904, aromatic Californian almonds and sugar are finely ground together using a granite mill and then roasted in open, rotating copper cauldrons. This step-by-step preparation process is what gives Reber gourmet marzipan its special flavour. The Reber marzipan is then refined with a splash of high-quality rum to round off its flavour.
