Preparation: Spread the Rosti out evenly in a nonstick pan. Brown them over high heat for approximately 5 minutes. Press the Rosti down and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip the Rosti over and adding a teaspoon of margarine or butter, fry the other side for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown.
