Our all-rounder has an intensely aromatic fragrance and, with its nutty-earthy flavor, goes wonderfully with potatoes, rice, grains, vegetables, or in a wok, and can also be used for gentle frying.
Where does it come from? The heavenly taste from the earth delights not only the tongue and palate, but the entire body. The South American temperament of these little nuts doesn't appreciate our cold-pressed peanut oil being stored below 10°C. At room temperature, however, solidified peanut oil liquefies without any loss of quality.
