Kartoffelland 6 Boil-in-Bag Classic Potato Dumplings
Kartoffelland 6 Boil-in-Bag Classic Potato Dumplings are a original German specialty, consisting of one half from mashed potatoes and half from potatoes pieces, providing a more textured mouthfeel of the dumplings. A perfect side dish for meats and vegetables; they also soak up sauces and gravies well.
- Take the desired amount of dumplings out of the package and place them in a pot with cold, lightly salted water. The dumplings have to be covered with plenty of salted water.
- Bring water with the dumplings to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Then let simmer (in uncovered pot) over low heat for 15 minutes until dumplings rise to the surface.
- Remove dumplings, briefly rinse under cold water.
- Tear the boil-in-bag at a grip tab and serve dumplings hot.
