Born in Freiburg im Breisgau and raised in Kleines Wiesental in the South of the Black Forest, Chef Holger Struett began his culinary career in a family run hotel in 1987. At the age of 22 after working in Michelin starred restaurants in Switzerland and Germany, Chef Holger moved to West Orange, New Jersey to work at the famous Manor restaurant.
After working in New York City, Morristown NJ, and Tokyo, Chef Holger started working for Pano Karatassos and the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group of Atlanta to open the first out of state restaurant 'Chops Lobster Bar' in Boca Raton, Florida. After 5 successful years and many awards of being named the best steak and seafood restaurant in South Florida and Palm Beach County, Chef Holger decided to move back to his roots of the Black Forest where in 2018 he started bottling his very own sauce.
