Larsen's caviar is made from first class raw materials coming from clean waters and careful processing making this Swedish  CAVIAR variety a special taste experience.

Larsen's Swedish Caviar is a fish egg spread. Its main ingredient is capelin roe that is lightly smoked and seasoned with sugar and salt. Then it is mixed into a paste with potato starch.

Caviar should never be served on steel or stainless steel plates or forks, as this can change the taste and make it bitter or metallic. Serve caviar on unsalted crackers or bread, Eating caviar with these accompaniments will enhance the flavor.  You can also drizzle the caviar on any cream soup for enhanced flavor.
