Our bitter-sweet kumquats seeped in a heady syrup of Courvoisier® cognac and premium Madagascar vanilla, spiked with cinnamon and star anise take you straight back to the holiday season spent in front of a roaring fire! Each bite of this compote carries a hint of licorice with the sweet woodsy flavor of cinnamon.

Use in traditional preparations or your own invention – Whatever you choose; this honey toned confection will deliver flavor every time.
